Kentoria jumped back to be in front of Elis, immediately applying first aid to Elis while attacking without swinging her swordher body maneuvered in such a way where she'd have to be hit for Elis to be hit
 
Charlotte teleported to the commander, instantly moving to what she figured would be its blind spot before unleashing a vicious punch towards its head, hoping to catch it off guard by striking outside its vision. At the same time, she would constantly analyze the creature's position in space, preparing to predict its movements.
 
"Guh, guess we see how far my limits today!" Says Ryu as he summon more swords until the number reaches 50 and sent them to his allies to give supports.

grabbing Kentoria by the neck and dragging her across the ground, not seeming to have any interest in Charlotte or Ryu while Elis's spell was clearly nearing completion, the girl urging for Charlotte and Ryu to try and intercept him.
 
Kentoria let out a choked noise, repeatedly stabbing and just fighting the Commander with all her might while still trying to protect Elis with her elemental slashes

Rex ran towards him, he had gone crazy, his sword lit up in crimson fire, he was going to go all or nothing, he would throw all the weight to his sword to hit it with more force when it is in range
 
Charlotte teleported in front of the Commander, swapping places with a nearby piece of rubble in hopes of intercepting him. Lifting her leg, she unleashed a fierce kick towards the side of the creature's head, calculating the distance and angle of the Commander's body to determine the most effective area she could kick, maximizing her damage.
 
The commander would let go of Kentoria and throw her towards Charlotte, intercepting Ryu's sword attacks with an enormous slash of darkness that erupted from his scythe and blowing him back while the commander tanked Charlotte's kick, gripping her leg in an attempt to rip it off but instead opted to throw her towards Rex's attack the same way he had done with Kentoria.

"Master, are you alright...?" Timcanpy ran up to her struggling master.

"...I didn't... sign up for this...! I didn't... haaa... 3 minutes... 2 minutes 58 seconds... 57... 56..." Elis was now counting the seconds to calm herself down and maximize her focus.

"It'll all be worth it... It'll all be worth it, It'll all be worth it, It'll all be worth it...!" She would also repeat this to herself as well to maximize concentration.
 
Kentoria barely managed to teleport and drag against the ground, the wound in her right arm tearing open further right down to the bone, causing Kintoria to wince as she pulled herself to her feet and moved to guard Elis while attacking the Commander from a distance with her Elemental abilities, specifically light
 
"Looks like we gone into the last minutes.... guess it's time..." As Ryu says that, he unleashes his ninth and tenth swords while also summon up to a hundred duplication swords each imbued with his fire and ice magic.

"Time go all out!" As Ryu says that, his army of swords lunge towards the commander and the calamities surrounding his allies.
 
"...thanks..." Charlotte muttered. Quickly, she jumped out of Rex's arms, preparing to engage the Commander once again.

"...He's...Strong..." She muttered.

Charlotte reached into her pocket, before taking out a pistol. Pointing it at the Commander, she began firing rapidly, emptying all of her ammunition onto the creature. She used her spatial awareness to expertly calculate the trajectory of each bullet, aiming for its vital area's assuming it had any.
 
The commander's enormous scythe took care of Kentoria and Charlotte's ranged attacks as he immediately got up close and personal with Ryu, sending large blades of darkness towards the man which cut through both the ground and even the calamities indiscriminately, slamming against Ryu and nearly cutting his arms off if he was unable to block it.

The commander would finally turn to Rex, swinging his scythe to cut the spears out of the air.

"He wields a weapon most ranged attacks are useless against... Close combat seems to be the only option." Timcanpy said as she jumped forward and tried to clash to the best of her ability with the commander, immediately being forced down as her feet were pushed into the ground, but, she wasn't looking to defeat him, no, she was looking to buy time for Elis to finish her spell and for the rest of the group to get whatever counter-attacks they could in.

"GAH!!! This is quite an opponent!!" Says Ryu as he spits out bloods from his mouth after he block the commander's attack right ln time.

"Guess close combat it is!!" Says Ryu as he brandish both of his majestic swords in his hand that was imbued with fire and ice magic and charge toward the commander, trying to cut down his legs from behind despite his arm's condition.
 
Kintoria grimaced, she couldn't safely leave Elis but she also had to fight, deciding to deal with any calamities trying to get near the group, not weakening at all even while her right arm had blood just pouring down it like a waterfall of blood

Charlotte discarded her pistol, seeing that it was useless against such a foe. Seeing that Timcanpy was temporarily stalling it, she immediately circled the creature, before unleashing a vicious uppercut toward's its chin. Should this be successful, she'd step back, and unleash a powerful right hook towards the monster's head, before quickly following up with a left hook towards the opposite side. With every strike, she calculated the optimal angle of her strikes, hoping to maximize her damage as she used her massive strength with complete efficiency.

"He's mine" shouted Rex, battle sense was at his maximum and accelerated to collide with his sword adding weight with the momentum
 
Ryu's attempts to cut at the commander's legs were met with a swift kick to the stomach which would send Ryu back a few meters if it connected while the commander tried to fight off both Timcanpy and Charlotte while keeping Kentoria away from Elis so his troops could stop her from completing her spell, which he could sense was only a few minutes away from completion, and seeming to even be succeeding at this, taking Charlotte's strikes head on while aiming for her vitals with his enormous weapon, calamities beginning to swarm Rex, trying to stop him from getting close to their leader.
 
The kick landed at Ryu's stomach successfully makes him spit out blood from his mouth even more, but he didn't even mind such pain.

"Kuuuh, gotta protect miss Elis! SWORD PRISON!!!" The moment Ryu said this, many of his swords began surrounding Elis protecting her from the calamities.

"This is quite difficult isn't it? Guess I'll try this!" As Ryu says this, he began targeting the commander's torso while surrounding him with his duplication sword.

Charlotte stepped backward, calculating the distance perfectly so that she dodged its attacks with only a fraction of a millimeter to spare. Not letting up her attack, she swapped places with a piece of rubble behind the calamity, before unleashing a powerful low kick toward's its legs. Should this land, she would immediately twist around, before unleashing a crescent moon kick towards its head.
 
Kentoria was like a Calamity wrecking monster, the slash going Into her left shoulder not slowing her down as she protected Elis with extreme efficiency, trying to just buy time by any means necessary now, not even thinking about anything else except protecting Elis

Rex didn't stop, in fact he turned morefaster, he cut several calamities in two as he continued on his way, of course receiving injuries but that wouldn't stop him, he 'burned' pewter to increase his stamine
 
"H-Huh!?!?!?!" Elis was incredibly surprised at the large cage of swords that had just surrounded her, but she was extremely grateful that the barrier was put up. "58 seconds... 57 seconds... 56 seconds..." Elis continued to count the seconds down.

The commander caught her kick and seemed to let out an impressed chuckle with her skills, raising its enormous scythe and going to bisect her before Timcanpy jumped in and blocked the attack, clearly struggling with even standing under such pressure.

"So... strong... master... Identify... unknown... Not... normal..." Timcanpy murmured as she was trying to block the attack with Charlotte still within the commander's grasp.

After taking out another group of the flying calamities, Phares noticed the others engaging the commander and began flying back towards the wall. He flew up and then dived toward the commander quickly, while creating a claw of shadows around his hand to slash with.
 
Charlotte, thinking fast, grabbed one of the cigarettes she was carrying and tossed it behind the calamity. Instantly, she used her position swapping ability, swapping places with the thrown object as she escaped the Commander's grasp.

"Oi, get the hell off of her!" Charlotte yelled. Clenching her fist, she began repeatedly slamming her fist against the scythe that the Commander was attacking with, hoping to knock it away from Timcanpy before it broke her guard. With every hit, she perfectly calculated the position of her blows against the weapon, hoping to increase the resulting knockback and make it easier to move the weapon off course.
 
Phares's and Charlotte's efforts were able to barely push the commander off of Timcanpy, allowing the golem to escape. "I am grateful..." Timcanpy said monotonely, variois glowing cracks appearing on her body.
 
"Didn't ask you to stick your neck out for me, keep yourself safe..." Charlotte muttered, though concern flashed in her expression as she glanced at the strange cracks on the golem. Being saved by a stranger was certainly a new experience for her.

Charlotte glanced back at the calamity. Perfectly positioning so that she could strike from her farthest possible melee range, she began to launch a flurry of quick, precise jabs towards the Commander's head. Her attacks were purposely fast and conservative, clearly wary of getting grabbed by the creature again as she continued to assault it. Should the calamity attempt to grab her again, she'd instantly back away, continuing to bombard it with jabs as she purposely tried to avoid the monster's grappling range.

“Don’t mention it, just be a bit more careful.” Phares says as he morphs his other hand into a claw and charging toward the commander again. He would aim to land a blow as he ran past before retreating back out of range and repeating.
 
Kentoria continued to defend Elis, holding off the horde of Calamities on her own quite well, but was clearly even by someone who wasn't really paying attention to her hating that she couldn't help the rest of the group while doing this
 
"This is troubling!" Sky Shredder!!!" As soon as Ryu say this, his remaining duplication sword began swarming the commander waiting for Ryu's command.

""Gotta keep you busy now shall we!!!" Says Ryu as he using his duplication swords to jump and maneuver himself into the commander.

"I did have to. Losing an ally would be detrimental to our combat potential." Timcanpy responded, waiting for the commander to release the enormous slashes of darkness and ready to defend Charlotte as it did.

The commander's response to her jabs was simple, it twisted its enormous scythe around, and used it as a staff of sorts, meeting her fists with incredibly precise jabs with the back end of the staff, knowing she wasn't going to get in range to be grappled again.

The commander would grab onto Phares's arm as he did this, attempting to use the same tactics he used with Charlotte knowing that Phares didn't have the teleportation abilities Charlotte had, trying to bisect the man with a slash of darkness, given he was able to grab onto Phares successfully.

The commander, while dealing with the rest of the group, and noticing Elis's spell was dangerously close to completion, sent a group of larger enemies towards Kentoria, seeming to be an act of desperation as he tried to swarm her and Ryu with the beast's sheer height, preparing for Kentoria's teleportation, as this was merely an attempt to get to Elis and take out Ryu, damaging the group's main offense and also getting to their trump card.
