I think he its referring the fact that they immediately resorted to cowardly actions like attacking weaker people to make the stronger ones off guard.

Tbf this is Garp we're talking about.

If King and Queen together fought Big Mom and Queen snuck attack with Brachio Bomber just to get the upper hand, would King and Queen be on fraudwatch?
 
Even though it has an asterisk beside it due to Garb getting stabbed prior, Kuzan overpowering Garp of all people in a haki clash is still huge. It doesn't mention it in the spoilers, but I'm assuming the haki they're using in the clash is Haoshoku Infusion since it's the haki that Garp was using against Kuzan last time we saw them.

And I love how Garp uses everything but actual sandbags for training. To prepare for his final battle against Chinjao, he used mountains. While training Kuzan, he used battleships.
 
I don't care if Garp lose, he gain my respect for soloing the whole Squad, last Marine who did that was Akainu against the whole WB's Commanders.

OP Characters who like to solo vs Squad: Luffy, Zoro, Sanji, Ace,Sabo, Akainu, Garp, Shiki, Magelan, Enel, Ryokugyu, Kaido, Oden, and of course Mihawk.

I start thinking how powerfull Shiki is when he fought both Prime Sengoku and Garp at the same time🔥.
 
Idc what u guys say but Kuzan is def stronger than Shiryu after those spoilers and its CLEAR told y'all that Kuzan is > Shiryu. Thank god we didnt scale Shiryu above Kuzan based of that SBS lmao. Kuzan joined after that cover was released. And Kuzan is def not a fraud when he matched equally Garp in a haki clash while the other fraud Shiryu got pummeled from a single punch😭
