1: Luffy's BFR is just punching the other guy far away, If it were a 1 on 1 then sure but i don't know what stops naruto from just flying back to the battle as this fight would likely last a LONG time.
2:I've never seen luffy transform other peoples projectiles into rubber, and certainly never seen him do it without contact. He'd be Power Nulled Erased Disintegrated on a molecular level far before he could turn it into rubber.

You proved that maybe he can grab an attack from Tanjiro shooting out a lightning ball, but in no way does that prove he can grab chakra based attacks and turn them into rubber.

Also it never came into contact with minato's body (in that particular scene). I think the intent was pretty clear that once it came into contact with his cape he'd teleport himself and in conjunction the tsb away and it wouldn't hit him.

The best he can do here is hide with smokescreen, but like everybody i just mentioned has ways of 1, destroying the smokescreen or 2 detecting him inside of it.
If we assume everyone who can fly will battle in the sky and everyone who cant fly (deku can float not fly) will fight on the ground then i think deku wins the battle on the ground for sure until tanjiro gets his memories back and solos him.

I think most characters have high resistance to heat, so that wouldn't be an instant wincon. Also, what's the range of his Fire Manip attacks?

TSB is basically able to break Ninjutsu, Susano'o and Edo Tensei is Ninjutsu, the question is Why can't TSB break Senjutsu? or natural things like Myoboku Mountain Oil?
Of the many examples, most objects that are destroyed by being hit by TSB are when the TSB moves quickly, this is in accordance with where Minato quickly responded to Madara's TSB even though it was touched, but the TSB movement was not faster than Minato's movement when he moved it.
This also applies where Sakura can survive from touching the TSB because Madara doesn't swing it hard enough.

If TSB can negate ninjutsu, and it doesn't negate yours. That doesn't debunk TSB negating ninjutsu, all that means is you can simply resist someone negating your ninjtusu

They simply have resistance to power null then if they can use their jutsu when in contact with it.
