No joke though, Yusuke might actually be the best H2H fighter here, and he can spam Spirit Gun at this point iirc.

So, here's the deal, Asta goes around nulling stuff. He beats Ichigo ( I'm almost positive this version of Asta>>>>SS Ichigo in a sword fight).
Simultaneously everyone's kinda fighting off Naruto and eventually beats the real one (By this point Gon and Deku are either dead or knocked out somewhere)

Then we have Luffy vs Natsu, which Natsu wins just because he has slightly better abilities and Luffy doesn't resist fire, or even heat, at this point.

In the background we have Goku vs Yusuke. In which case, I believe Yusuke is the better fighter, so he wins.

Then we have Natsu V Asta V Yusuke. Yusuke's regeneration and barrier should hold out against Natsu's flames long enogh until Asta beats him.
Then Asta loses to Yusuke in H2H combat.

TLDR; Yusuke wins.

goku has been trained by 4 martial arts masters and ended up surpassing (almost) all of them

he can also copy techniques at a glance

he as a kid fodderized other martial art masters over twice his age

Eh...idk about that. Goku's been training in martial arts since he could walk and was learning from, fighting, and either surpassing or beating various experienced fighters since, alongside being able to understand and copy moves like the Kamehameha with just a glance (Which took Roshi 50 years to create), and spamming spirit gun isn't really anything notable given nearly everyone else with a range attack can do the same.

So, here's the deal, Asta goes around nulling stuff. He beats Ichigo ( I'm almost positive this version of Asta>>>>SS Ichigo in a sword fight).

How is Asta going to have a swordfight with someone he can't even see? Not to mention Ichigo by Soul Society has been training with not only Urahara for over 5 days straight, he's been training with Zangetsu during his bankai training, being forced to use copies of Zangetsu that are so fragile he needed to actually use skill to make them last longer or they'd break with one slash and a Zanpakuto being able to hit souls makes it extremely difficult for anyone fighting Ichigo.

In short, like everyone else said Ichigo clears, even by only Soul Society he has the highest stamina of everyone here, he can attack their souls with Zangetsu and the only ones who could even sense and see him are Goku and Yusuke respectively, in which he still has a flight and range advantage over Yusuke and general ease of victory over both, they need to put more work in to put down him than he does those 2.

All of this should allow him to sense and fight Ichigo

What I meant by saying waht I said is, Goku's most impressive skill stuff involves him copying techniques.

This low tier YYH character has copied more techniques at a glance than goku has probably throughout the entirety of DB and DBZ. And Yusuke, prior to any martial arts training, was fighting this guy.

Luffy via instinct and enhanced senses can fight people FTE to luffy even in their base form... And luffy can sense them even with them amping themselves more so luffy shouldn't have a problem fighting ichigo.... Until ichigo uses soul manipulation

While I agree Yusuke cannot hold candle to like of Goku in pure H2H skill. What he does surpass most fighters here in this arena is tactical ingenuity. The guy was a natural in fighting people more skilled than him in pure H2H by relying on the spot made up trick tactics and finding and exploiting weakness in his opponents or creating them if there isn't any. And this was all before Genkai's training.

He can definitely give Goku trouble with this knowledge in mind.
