Not sure what about the previews makes you so sure. GB had a revision done to the multipliers result but that’s it. RF had them saying he has been stated to be faster then Wally and Barry, which is true. DC is inconsistent with how true this is, but at the very worst he’s still comparable.

No, they didn’t. All feats they scaled him to were from Darkseids avatars. His speed feat and taking a punch from a powered up Alan Scott

Only things I've spotted so far is some small calc-stacking and Thawne being scaled above Wally and Barry. Something that DC is hilariously inconsistent with, but that's about it.
