What smashor said, BB Hood is cool but probably the only thing what is same with Peacock is using something innocent as insanely deadly.
Peacock vs Cuphead is toonforce vs toonforce, where the former really feels like a Cuphead boss.

I mean have three third timers in one season (Thor, Vegeta and Mewtwo) is every bit as redundant has having three Marvel MUs (Granted one of Mewtwo and Vegeta's joint past appearances was a joke/spite DB episode so it likely doesn't count).

Yeah, they do, you can use "The team wanted Raoh vs Akuma, but they did Akuma vs Kahn instead" as a counter-argument to that, but that doesn't really work well in this context, because season 8 was the legacy season and Akuma vs Kahn simply had more legacy
Meanwhile season 9 is a seson with no gimmick (as the team claims), so Magneto vs Tetsuo is very likely right now, because there's pretty much nothing holding back this episode from happening and the team's interest in the MU just boosts it's possibility
I should also probably remind y'all about Thawne vs Goku Black and Korra vs Storm

Eh, Magneto vs Tetsuo is a fine matchup. Not Magneto vs Accelerator or Tetsuo vs Shinji, but I'll take it.

Realistically a normal lower end BlkWarg should beat lower end Mewtwo. You can use high ends of this site to have M2 win lower end BlkWarg, but anime BlkWarg could get scaling to beat even that.

Weirdly Mewtwo would kick Vegeta’s ass by this site’s ratings. He has Infinite speed so he could use his laundry list of hax before Vegeta one shots him.

Yeah, but at the same time, its unlikely they'll use Dimensional scailing for a DB, you have to keep that in mind
