Death Battle Season Eight Discussion Thread (2) (All-time Death Battle Spoilers Alert)

I didn't make mock-ups in a long time, so decided to do a new one.
This time it's Shadow vs Cloud (Yeah, this match has connections for some reason).

He is part of trainers, also i think everyone picks gen 1 because the pokemons have been the most time out so they had time to get lots of feats idk.

Both are extremely popular and iconic """edgelords""" from long running and heavily influential video game franchises. Both of these characters have special types of attacks that aren't exclusive to them, but the specific attacks themselves are. ( Limit Breaks are accessible by all party members in FF7, but Cloud's are exclusive to him. Likewise, Sonic and Knuckles have displayed Chaos abilities and attributes before, but Shadow has many different abilities only he can do using Chaos energy. ) And although they focus specifically on close ranged, fast combat, they can use the special types of attacks they have to unleash powerful projectiles. The backstories of both are mysterious, and said backstories' lore grew even more throughout both characters' future appearances. Both of them have suffered major memory issues (Cloud believed himself to be an entirely different person while hiding away some of his own memories, and Shadow just lost his altogether). Both characters are infused with alien DNA that causes major internal conflict for both of them. Speaking of, both characters also fight and defeat the aliens they're technically a part of. Their archenemies (Sephiroth and Black Doom) are guys who also share the alien DNA with them and tell the truth about their past. Both also looked up to those archenemies, but later realized that they were terrible. Both ride bikes. Both had lost their loved ones in the past (Cloud lost his family during the Nibelheim incident and Shadow lost Maria). Both characters were, in some way, successful in stopping the destruction of their planets( Cloud had to stop Meteor from striking his home planet Gaia, and Shadow had to stop both the ARK and the Black Comet from crashing into Earth). Both characters have a counterpart of themselves with a more slicked back hairstyle, as well as a more positive and bright personality. ( Zack Fair and Sonic The Hedgehog, respectively).

I don't know if that 4Chan anon is actually OPM fan who thinks Saitama wins but Popeye do be getting bit wank. Saitama is one of the most wanked characters ever by casuals, but it kinda does feel like people riff too hard on whether or not he'd count as toon force user.

Popeye wins because his feats are better, and thats all there is.

if you buy the walking speed of Amitabha (Touhou Project)... speed of most Touhou Project characters will go go insane even if you do not buy infinite/immeasurable speed.

but yeah otherwise we still have 205,120,019 c to 2,051,200,190 c. Not quite fast. Still comparable to some wormhole travel speeds where high tier legendaries have to steer

would that be the highest non-infinite number they use on the show because holy **** I don't recall a number this big on the show before LOL
