It'd be pretty hard to make an argument for it since he's offhandedly mentioned a single time. Might be possible to scale god tiers like Eirin and Hecatia, but even then I have no idea if DB would accept that scaling (or even acknowledge Amitabha at all).

In the preview it seems like they took Murata's statement about Saitama viewing Sub-light speed attacks as a bad joke tho.
In the wiki his statements are accepted as only possibly. But yeah, not really enough for a blitz.
And popeye will likely be higher than relativistic+, i predict.

I believe liquid wins but it’s a close fight. It comes down to hax vs stats. Liquid stat stomps but wesker has hax. Liquid did dodge rexs railgun while manually piloting ray in Mgs4
