Long ago, when standards were lax, it was believed that damage dealt during a time stop in terms of energy transferred only fully manifests once the time stop was over. Essentially, the individual energy of every blow would add up and the total energy would be delivered when the time stop ends. Meaning Jotaro and DIO could deal millions of times worth of their AP via an Ora/Muda barrage during time stop.

Madaras best bet is to hypnotize Aizen with Izanagi. Madara maybe able to resist Aizens complete hypnosis but its pretty much a passive that he would need to keep resisting the entire fight. And madaras win con then is just sealing Aizen away with planetary destruction. This is all assuming the Hyogyoku won't just mega evolve aizen and give him the Kamehameha rasengan that naruto did one time.
