From the horrifically inflated sun-disc calc, to using the sun disk as a feat at all, the scaling Nolan to the full viltrum bust based on the worst reasoning imaginable, then to them cherry picking the low ends of Bardock's feats, including for some reason not scaling Bardock to Toei's Planet Vegeta destruction calc and instead to the DBS Broly one, even though that wasn't the one that sent Bardock back in time to get Super Saiyan to begin with.
Super Saiyan has this super massive stamina drain, please ignore Goku being able to maintain it during a heart attack.
The ship that fired the beam that broke the sun disk scales to its AP because it can handle the recoil, please ignore lasers having no mass therefore no recoil.
And to top it all off, Speedy includes this condescending finger wag at Dragon Ball fans in his shit show of an explanation about anti-feats and how Dragon Ball fans don't know how good they got it because they ignore things like 'King Piccolo struggling to blow up a city'.
HE DIDN'T STRUGGLE TO BLOW UP A FCKING CITY HE WAS LITERALLY JUST DOING IT TO SHOW OFF JESUS CHRIST
And it's not like the QnA did anything other than go 'scaling is like, subjective man', ignoring any real criticism or points.

Ultraguy's argument for Bowser winning were literally my doomer arguments (Bowser just haxes all of Eggman's army, Metal is irrelevant, Sage gets BFR, Goomba is stronger than Eggman's army, etc) except WORSE, somehow (Eggman is stupid because Starline said so, Wonder Flower is better than Ruby because it's "real" reality warping), so yeah. Completely agreed, we are getting Mario vs Sonic 2 tier arguments.

This is the thumbnail they'll be using for the video itself. It's not bad, but I think Bowser and Eggman have significantly better pieces of art which they could've used.
Also I get that Sonic hasn't had the best track record in terms of research on Death Battle, but I think some of y'all are acting WAY too pessimistic before the episode actually airs. I mean Eggman's preview already has snippets of better scaling and research compared to every other episode involving Game Sonic. And with the length of the episode being as long as it is, I have confidence that the research for Eggman will be pretty good.

Everything I said has been straight from Ultraguy's mouth, and him and Akuma (who couldn't even believe FTL Base Sonic in 2021) are the main researchers for this fight according to the very link you posted. Is it truly pessimism if it's just reality?

Perhaps, but I've seen DB's stance on Game Sonic scaling change a lot over the years so I don't want to act all doom and gloom.
If the episode does end up having terrible research for Eggman then at that point, you can rightfully call out DB as much as you wish. But who knows? Maybe we'll all end up being pleasantly surprised by how they'll handle things in this episode, especially when it's shaping up to be one of their best.

I doubt it. I have a guy inside the discord server who said that the CRT that got Sonic that high was torn apart and laughed out the room by tons of people. It could've been in a private chat or something but he says 2A to maybe L1C is as high as Sonic gets in the server, which I agree with, but that doesn't make Ultraguy's argumentation for Bowser winning any better.
Have no idea about Boswer scaling tho
