DEATH BATTLE! Discussion Thread (2024–2025) (All-time Death Battle Spoilers Alert)

Is anyone going to put together a blog on that sun disk feat? Because I have so many question.
There is not much to say about it, narratively it does not make much sense, since nolan could have died in the impact of the planet viltrum if the planet's core was stabilized and the viltrum explosion itself had a lower amount of tnt than the amount of tnt that the solar disk explosion had.
The supreme scale would have been better.

Sorry big guy but I’m rooting against you

I'd really like someone to unpack all the math and assumptions with the mass of the planet, the Lagrange point, how the feat actually looks, the scaling, etc..

Let’s be real here, since when has narrative consistency ever mattered in powerscaling? You think town level Batman makes sense narratively? Or FTL Stitch? Or universal Wario?

Like 99% of the characters on VSBW, Reddit, or any other powerscaling website have stats that don’t make sense within the narrative.

I left this thread on Friday (page 58) to avoid spoilers and in just two days it went to page 91, some WTF levels of "activity" here.

So Nolan is two for two and technically Image comics now has the longest winning streak of 3 Ws in a row (with Spawn starting it with his W over Kratos way back when heh!).

Can't wait to see how DB tackles the mad world of Megami Tensei scaling and research (hopefully researching the Elder Scrolls for the Dragonborn has prepared them well).

Yeah I think we unironically have another Ben vs Hal on our hands (in terms of how the outcome is being received). Can't find a single community that generally agrees with the outcome, not even their own comment section.
It's a cold day when Twitter, Reddit, Discord, and YouTube agree on something smh

I wonder what the more average person's understanding of Joker's powers is, because I feel that's gonna be a big part of how the next episode is received. Back before I understood scaling, I genuinely thought he was just, like, wall level or something 💀

(Not that I would have used that term, I wouldn't have known what that meant, but still.)

I would tell you to go to another forum that’s being positive but no one is.
If one's own positivity crumbles when met with the disappointment of the masses, it was never a solid positivity from the beginning. Those who uphold their happiness and content, even when understanding that plenty of criticism is warranted, are the true winners.

Okay, first off, what do you mean by that? Do you mean to say they're on amicable terms?

Because that doesn't excuse the bullshit that covers Seth's existence, with him being a scumbag dipshit groomer loser
I know it doesn't excuse anything he did, I'm just assuming because Clyde and Seth are friendly with each other now could be why Seth is still around.
