Hi Qawsedf. Is there anything about the R>F issues being suspended due to Ultima's revisions? I've heard a few things about it, and that's why there's a character I want to revise, but I can't revise it because of this rumor (I've been waiting for about 2 months). Ultima's revisions are progressing extremely slowly and the R>F page has not been updated at the moment. Is there any problem in opening a Crt according to our current R>F rules?

I was told that 1-A CRTs and above are put on hold right now, is that true? I know a Tiering Revision is going on right now, but it's already been in process for a month and could be for months more. I feel like that's a long time to not be able to make 1-A and above CRTs, especially if it may not go through and things do not change.
