I would rather not, aside that it wouldn't change the outcome, it would waste MZ when he latter had far more interesting opponents to fight like Hades or Goetia.

Not really. Black and Zamasu are functionally the same character, since Black is just another Zamasu in Goku's body. MZ and IZ would be allowed, if they do it.
