Hey so I decided to follow you just in case. On a sort of related note: DB recently revealed that much later they would do Spy (TF2) Vs. Agent 47 (Hitman)...

With the upgrades at hand though, Spy should definitely win/destroy 47. Something I forgot to mention pertaining to this, is IQ: I feel like Spy's Intelligence is awfully nerfed as well, like come on "High"?? It's not just the justification, but having plans to Kingsman just an entire room full of people may just be child's play to him. Like I feel Spy may just be around Genius, possibly more, if we take into other consideration/questioning certain things he has done.

Spy is the one who created those sappers to counter the Engineers many ridiculously intricate inventories (Hell in one of the Christmas themed variants even has his ironic wishes there).
Engie is the same genius to have 11 hard science PHD's amongst creating teleporters plus other advancements, being comparable to Medik who has his own fair share of scary intelligence, easily fleed from Gray Mann who is absurdly smart I mean he can do complex stuff just from the womb alone... Come to think of it, it's not just Spy/Engie. The fact ALL of the Mercs eventually stalemated robots who not only are supposed to surpass all of them in advancements, but made such a ludicrously genius villian like Gray Mann struggle to the extent he needed to take a different approach. Is all the more impressive EXP come to think of it.

This is all I could remember for now. I feel like statistical abilities to IQ are things to consider much later.

I made a content revision thread for BFDI characters, which I'm sure you'll be interested in. Now's a good chance for you to propose an upgrade to the Intelligence of Woody and to propose the removal of the sealing ability that the big jawbreakers have. You mentioned that you wanted to make those changes.
