Despite there being no aura (This could have happened off-screen prior to the feat similar to when he stopped the Hakai) he still implied a chapter before this that his regular strength was not enough and that he would unleash Enma a little bit more, so this feat wouldn't scale to regular Buso Zoro but again to Enma Unleashed Zoro.

He didn't show any improved feats of durability with it so no. And based on the sandbox we don't give increased durability for Luffy, Yamato etc with Hao infusion.

Well shit, then if the Kaifu stuff was done by Enma (which I am iffy on but will tenatively go with if the rest of the thread does), then the only regular Buso Zoro feat I can think of that is worth noting is him cutting Prometheus in half right as Big Mom was using it as an attack against Luffy.
