(I tried to change the comment as best I could. I didn't intend for any of that to come off as major Tier 1 reality warping, he was just changing the environment and opening portals for all the performers and characters to come together and celebrate. Making the snow into rain and making an entire forest doesn't sound that powerful)

All events transcribed are false and lies, rendered untruths by instant counters set up by the dragon, her 『Hyperquati-Draco god Morpheous』turning everyone of those things into mere immagination, that as such isn't really but in the thoughs of the person that thinked it.
The reasons for this are pretty clear:
1. All the mess would cmpletly ruins the private, warm, moment and the whole romantic atmosphere
2. The smol Lucy is pretty much a separate entity from the other, so she isn't interested.
Despite this, the dragon all the way above still "saw" what happened, gave a 3/10 and then sent all, and i mean ALL, of the multicolored "furries" summoned, including the avatars and the true selfs and the truer self are immidiatly sent into pentience in an a dimensionall locked pocket dimension that prevents them from escaping, destroying it or influancing the outside world in any way, shape or form [also since the ig only works in the universe it comes from, it's useless by default there], the realm being appropriatelly named "Brazil".

On a normal day she would have just erased him, but she killed someone not even 30 minutes ago, so she doesn't feel like ending another being at the moment, so he'll just have him locked up for a bit.
