does teach have precognition? If yes, why doesn't he dodge? Both luffy and ace managed to hit him pretty easily.

Madara's sensing allows him to predict enemies attacks too, but nowhere near haki.


Does his darkness manipulation have several kilometers of range at all? I don't remember that.

Even if he does, so does madara, and he might actualy use it by feeling how strong teach is and sealing him into a tree.


Madara has less lifting strenght with his body, but more with susanoo.


Overall, madara seems to have everything on teach at his best

IIRC DF and Chakra can't be equalized so no verse equalization would help Teach to fight Madara's ninjutsu. Even if he can fight with someone likely stronger than him (Whitebeard) he did it via Power Nullification and external help, things that he shouldn't have in this match.

Ok. He is faster (black was around PTS gear 2 Luffy, which is slower than Madara [MHS vs MHS+]), He has more AOE with PS and more durability with it, has regen, he doesn't have a DF so black's advantage of neutralizing Df isn't going to help him. I just can't see black taking it.
