First key as in Alive Madara? What stops Brook from speedblitzing with Yahazu Giri and freezing his blood & soul.

I don’t remember Madara having much for that when he was alive.

Speed is equalized and Madara has precog. Madara doesn't have much when alive but he does have busted precog, genjutsu, and attack reflection with Uchiha Return.

Yahazu Giri is a speed amp that allows him to blitz characters with precog.

Uchiha Return wouldn't stop Brooks soul from attacking Madara's.

As for Genjutsu, Brook doesn't have eyes or a brain so it wouldn't work on him

Afaik we don't have a specific value to blitz, but anyway, Brook is around 50% SoL in base and at least 3c with Yahazu Giri, that's around 6x (someone else would have to confirm the speed values so that we could find the amps post equalization).

Can you give some actual feats for Sharingan/EMS Sharingan on how much it helps dealing with faster opponents?
 
Madara has never come up against someone faster than him onscreen in this key, so we don't know how he deals with that.

He should scale to feats from other Sharingan users since he has a Mangekyo (or an Eternal Mangekyo, idk) which probably includes some feats against faster opponents.

If no one has a feat that he could scale then Yahazu Giri gg, Madara fodder.

Sharingan users get clowned by speedsters pretty often ngl. A vs Sasuke, Obito vs Minato etc.
 
Yeah Brook scales to blitzing Big Mom who's got damn good precog in the first place on top of being FTL.

Oh, and Brook can do this shit in any position he's in.

Of note is the fact that he literally perception blitzed her and appeared behind her.
 
I will say that Madara does have some chance.

-He can use Izanagi twice
-He has fire attacks to at least weaken Brook's cold temperatures.
-Hiding in Ash and Dust Jutsu prevents Brook from detecting him
-EMS makes it incredibly difficult for Brook to keep up with him in melee without using special techniques

I mean Brook more often then not literally opens with some special technique or another, usually a blitz, and his techniques come out in just about every fight Brook actually fights in at some point lol
 
Brook has a massive speed advantage with Yahazu Giri, his ice powers and even a slight AP advantage, which wouldn't be much for a concussive attack but for a blade this is really good.

So I am voting Brook, there's a good chance he will kill Madara at the very start of their battle.
 
Brook wins unless Madara busted out his Susano'o early.

Oh wait Susano'o restricted? Yeah Brook takes this.
 
Ok but does Madara have a reliable win con? It seems like Brook just blitzes 100/100 not to mention Sharingan's counter is literally just being fast (See Rock Lee vs Sasuke).

His only wincon is restricted.

Like even with Susano'o being unrestricted Madara never uses that early on.

Brook would still have soulhax and freezing (that affects the soul and internal body), speed amp and sleep inducement as wincons.
