Does genjutsu work on Brook? If it does then this should be a who hits first wins case, but idk if Madara even starts with Genjutsu.

Madara uses Izanagi, and then dies?
Since he doesn't have any Mangekyo ability besides the Susano'o which is restricted. His MS is useless and he dies.
If you swap this Madara with EMS Sasuke he'd unironically have a better chance due to Amaterasu.
If you unrestrict his Susano'o, Madara uses Izanagi once, sees Brook is on crack, then activates his largest possible Susano'o with one eye and obliterates Brook.

Madara got so spooked he immediately summons Kurama to obliterate Brook might be a viable wincon??
Even with Kurama summon on the table I see Brook winning this 9/10 mostly because Madara doesn't bust out his nukes from the get go.
Like assuming OP didn't also restrict Kurama due to huge AP advantage.
