That is the reason why i created this discussion because he definitely should have a higher speed and multiple other characters' speed depends on him as well.

The Draken saves Takemichi and Senju should probably get a calc first since it could potentially be higher, but I'm fine with subsonic.
Neutral on the aura and fear manipulation. Unless you can prove fear manipulation through supernatural means then I'll remain neutral rather than outright disagreeing since others have made good points. If the fear manipulation comes from the aura then I'll agree but you'll have to prove that that's not just artistic flair. The social influencing stuff makes more sense to me but I'll remain neutral as I said.
Also, if the aura is accepted, is it possible that it's just a fear-inducing aura instead of outright fear manipulation?

I'm pretty sure that the OP says that the Fear Manipulation is because of the aura, so it would a fear-inducing aura either way.

No, Kakucho didn't really react like he usually did. when Takemichi hit Kakucho, Kakucho in a completely different situation, he didn't fight seriously/freely as usual.
Takemichi will get Subsonic if Takemichi can at least be comparable to Kakucho who fights seriously / freely without anything getting in his way

Mikey is listed at “Average Human” in LS even though he can lift a grown man with a single leg and swing the leg at FTE speeds, fast enough to blitz Kazutora.
