Charlotte was thrown off the wall, performing flips mid-air to regain her balance as pain shot through her back. She continued to examine the electricity Kentoria was shooting, carefully studying the particle movements as she delved deeper and deeper into their possible patterns. She moved her neck suddenly, the slash cutting near inches away from her as it flew past her, Charlotte correctly predicting the angle of the shot before again attempting to teleport, this time swapping places with a dummy near Kentoria. Lifting her leg, she delivered a quick kick towards the back of the knight's neck, moreso to keep her on her toes than to damage the woman.

Kentoria's reflexes kicked in as soon as Charlotte touched her leg, suddenly spinning and hitting her on the side of the head with her other leg and shield before bringing down the hilt of her sword on the back of Charlotte's neck in one quick movement

Charlotte's predictions instantly kicked in, far easier now that she was dealing with a physical attack instead of magic. She threw her head back, the shield passing over her face by mere inches as she slammed her fist against her sword arm, knocking it off course before it could slam against her neck. Should this be successful, she would immediately regain her balance, stomping onto Kentoria's foot before delivering a fierce right hook to her face.

Kentoria immediately turned the hook around on Charlotte, suddenly in her swing as she slammed the side of her shield right into Charlotte's stomach

Charlotte took a step back, perfectly judging the maximum distance of her shield bash as she swerved her head back to avoid her attempt to turn the hook against her, both attacks missing her by mere inches. Crouching suddenly, she delivered a fierce strike towards Kentoria's feet, attempting to knock her off balance.

Kentoria let Charlotte hit her, with some dents in her armor before putting Charlotte in a chokehold that couldn't be avoided physically, putting up a wall of smoke around them so she could detect where Charlotte would teleport and react accordingly, bringing down the hilt of her sword on the back of Charlotte's head as she used her shield arm to chokehold her

"This is why i stick to simple magics." he said seeing Charlotte attempt at Magic.

"That form of Magic is way too complicated for me." he said.
"She isn't doing magic, she's trying to predict magic! Though if she wanted to learn magic holy shit that'd be awesome-" Elis said, jumping a bit at the thought of teaching Charlotte magic, though she knew that Charlotte probably wouldn't be too into the idea.

Charlotte didn't try to avoid the Chokehold, instead, opting to grab her arm before she could fully complete the move, preventing it from wrapping entirely from her neck as she stared at the knight, using her strength to match her grappling attempt. Suddenly, she lurched her head forward, delivering a quick headbutt towards Kentoria's face, rapidly pushing away from her as she opened up the distance.

"Teleportation, nice choice for a physical fighter though looks like the other one is prediction her teleporation. " he said watching the spar.

"I usually use it for range attacks." he said teleporting fire balls at the training dummies.

"It has less force but its still effective." he said.

(A choke hold is done from behind, Midas lol)

That only made Charlotte headbutt the pommel of Kentoria's sword, piercing the skin and allowing blood to flow down Charlotte's face, Kentoria suddenly making her next move nigh-impossible to predict as she put every element into it, a knee to the gut as she used Charlotte's grapple against her

(And there would be no way Kentoria could circle around Charlotte and put her in a chokehold before she could react lol, so I figured you were either going for some transition into a hold or doing some weird frontal shit.)

Charlotte stopped her head the moment before it could slam against the pummel, clearly having an extraordinary sense of distance as she quickly moved her head away from the weapon, stopping her momentum completely. She backed away quickly, just in time to notice Kentoria launching her magic amped strike. While Charlotte couldn't predict the magic itself, it was still covering a physical object, Kentoria's knee. Charlotte used her measurements of the knee itself as she shifted her body at the last moment, the knee landing a glancing blow on her side as she launched another punch towards Kentoria's head.

Kentoria shifted her knee to slam into Charlotte's gut, blocking the punch with her shield with no damage, bringing down her sword to control Charlotte's center line in an onslaught that seems to come from five seperate directions at once

Charlotte continued to shift her body, keeping the knee from landing a hit on her as she quickly retracted her fist. She stepped back just enough that Kenotria's sword would hit thin air, as she was put on the back foot, rapidly moving just out of Kentoria's sword range as she dodged the attacks with mere inches to spare.

Suddenly, she took out her gun, the weapon turning into a gauntlet as she fired several bullets toward Kentoria's chest. The rounds were not powerful enough to deal lethal damage, but enough to deal visible damage should they hit unguarded.

The bullets were easily dodged as Kentoria went into a seeming berserk trance, rushing down Charlotte and delivering an onslaught of sword slashes to end the spar

Charlotte raised an eyebrow, a bead of sweat forming on her face as she saw Kentoria go berserk. Her back hit the wall, having been moved all the way across the room while dodging Kentoria's vicious assault. At the last moment, before the sword slash could slash across her chest, she disappeared, using clearly unnatural footwork to slide to Kientoria's side at the last moment, momentarily moving into her blind spot.

"Oi, calm the hell down!" Charlotte said. Glaring at Kentoria as she quickly aimed her gun at her, wondering if the woman was trying to go for the kill at this point.

Kentoria backstepped, trying to slam her shield into Charlotte's gauntlet, clearly trying to win the spar, not kill her, though the fact she wasn't holding back showed confidence in Charlotte's abilities

"Jeez, I guess all that training ain't for show..." Charlotte murmured, breathing out as she took another step away from the women, her gauntlet arm tingling from where the shield had impacted her. She glanced towards Ryu, before glancing back towards Kentoria.

"...Oi, let's just call this a draw, Kentoria."

Kentoria immediately slammed the swords to the ground, her own sword not taking any damage as she did so

"I fight to win." Kentoria said, clearly still ready for more but pausing for the time being

"I'm not going to claim shit, we were interrupted, that's not a finished spar or fight at all." Kentoria said, clearly a little irritated about being interrupted but silently understood why

".....Kentoria. You're a good fighter. if we'd fought with the intent to kill, you'd probably be a real threat." Charlotte said, shaking her head. She smoothed her suit, straightening her tie as she looked at the women.

"but...I don't see what either of us gains from continuing. It ain't like money's on the line."

"We started it, I like to finish what I start." Kentoria responded, sighing as she sat down and began working her leg armor off, a massive bruise on her lower leg which she ignored as she began working out the dents in her leg armor

"....Fair enough, Kentoria..." Charlotte sighed, wincing as a sharp pain hammered into her back. Now that the adrenaline of the fight had worn off, she felt the full brunt of the damage she had taken, the previous slashes towards her back aching painfully as she sat down.

She grabbed one of the books Elis had given her, beginning to flip through them as she began to study the information. Her previous knowledge of geometry, alongside her practice with studying Kentoria slashes, helped her understand the concepts at a much quicker pace.

"...That spar helped me get the general concept of what I was looking for though...so thank you for helping out." She said.

It seems that miss Kentoria is indeed too prideful, must be her trait as a knight, guess both of them will go serious now, I'll keep an eye just in case. Thought Ryu as he keep his duplication sword around.

She's kinda like me in the past, desperately train herself to grew stronger. Thought Ryu

"There's something else, so speak your mind, even if you are half-right on this one, I do want to get stronger." Kentoria said, finishing getting out the dents and testing her leg by stretching it out now

"I bet that you're still hung up by the past, even if you supposed to left it behind for a long time." Says Ryu.

"But that's my conjecture, so if I'm wrong, please correct me then." Says Ryu.
