Actually, it makes sense why that guy didn't come to the MCU. Remember, Peter made it so his girlfriend, his best friend, and his aunt wouldn't forget he was Spider-Man, and cause of the spell going haywire, it started bringing it everyone other then those who have that relation to Peter in any universe.

Yeah.
Lizard has a good metal-door tearing-apart feat (Not just punching, he grabs it and tears it apart like paper) and MCU Spidey holds back the Santa Maria Formosa with nothing but his webs acting as rope tethers to hold onto something. And Tobey resisted him and his antics.

Oh damn, that's an easy Class K, it might even be Class M (very low Class M but still),
Which is saying a lot because he has like the lowest LS of all of them, he can't break out of webbing that easily, while someone like Goblin or Ock can with ease.

I'm... not so sure about that. Lizard was encased in Andrew's webbing and that still didn't do jackshit to restrain him, he evetually tore it apart like paper within the amount of time it took for Gwen to be safely dropped out of the window. Peter on the other hand, got repeatedly overpowered by Lizard multiple times and couldn't sing a tune to save his own life.

Yeah, wasn't kaecillius able to bend space freely in the real world, and the mirror dimension was just there to avoid collateral damage.
Could we use that and scaling to give strange city wide spatial manipulation, or at least kaecillius level?
