Spider-Man: No Way Home Discussion Thread - WITH SPOILERS

Is it weird that I don’t want matchups of the three Spider-Men against each other solely because their dynamics with one another was so good?

Me when I heard The Amazing Spider-Man Soundtrack "Promises - Spider-Man End Titles" [HD 1080] briefly play during Max and Andrew's Peter's small conversation

My ratings for the final fights in the Spider-Man Movies (Live Action)
1: Andrew's Spider-Man vs Electro (TASM2) (The fight is so good and the visuals are so awesome that I ****** forgot the movie was ass for a moment. It is equivalent to Aizawa from Yakuza 5, you just forget about the bad things due to how hype the fight is)
2: The Spider-Men vs Electro, Lizard and Sandman (No Way Home)/Tobey's Spider-Man vs Green Goblin (Spider-Man 1)
3: Tobey's Spider-Man and New Goblin vs Sandman and Venom (Spider-Man 3)/Tobey's Spider-Man vs Doc Ock (Spider-Man 2)
4: Tom's Spider-Man vs Mysterio (Far From Home)/Andrew's Spider-Man vs The Lizard (TASM1)
5: Tom's Spider-Man vs The Vulture (Homecoming)
Mysterio fight and Doc Ock fight can be exchanged, both are awesome anyway.

Ngl, I had really high expectations and the movie actually managed to be better than I expected

My favorite Spidey is Tobey, but I like Andrew almost just as much and yeah, in this movie he was my favorite, unsure why. In a way, Tobey's Spider Man Story was done, and he appears more as fan service (maybe the biggest of all time), but Andrew has that feeling of "this guy needs one more movie", and seeing him crying for saving MJ really got me, he is indeed amazing

To my surprise, his entrance had a bigger scream from audience than Tobey for my session and for many others going by the reactions

Anyway, going for the scaling

Octopus overpowering 2 Spider Men is actually a bit of a push, he surprises them in the final fight against Electro and catches them with his arms, that's LS, something that SM2 already showed his advantage over Tobey on that field. He literally does the same with Amped Electro, and we know Electro has a higher AP than him

Also the Spider Men move with Lightning in slow motion on the background, they certainly scale

Electro is a different case where he catches him off guard. Raimi and TASM were not only verbally struggling and trying to free themselves, but Octavius dominated the Iron Spider. Scaling is clear

Did you see the electrical tower feat I mentioned?

I did, not quite high enough quality to calc it atm though, footage was fuzzy, so getting the exact areas of things to get LS is gonna be tough as even 1cm can effect results drastically, though I am eyeing those shots Electro did in that same fight, that's some pretty hefty damage he was doing to the environment.

You could probably calc that, seems like an easy MHS+ feat, especially as Electro rolls up with a ******* thundercloud, his electricity is all but actual lightning at that point, movie makes it kinda clear.

About the Iron Spider, sure

Him holding two Spider Men is LS, they were also caught of guard and Electro was also struggling when he was on Ock's grip. Still, he defeated Iron Spider so he still scales higher I guess

Here's the feat

Spider Men Vs Electricity

Electro not only shoots but also moves like Electricity and all Spider Men can keep up

Also, about their intelligence

Most of the cures for their enemies were surely impressive but Sandman's the most notable for me

Electro and Ock were rather "simple"

Lizard was already done by Andrew once

Goblin was impressive but he is there, they just needed to remove something extra in his body (the serum)

But Sandman ? Dude was literally undone into sand and hey they made a cure for that quite casually if you think about

Tom officially became my favorite spider-man.
For me, Tobey and Andrew in my opinion is still above Tom.
I just need to see more of this Tom's Spidey since that is the Spider-Man i dig. Honestly I enjoyed Homecoming and Far From Home a lot only because of the villains, Vulture (I got da bias for Michael Keaton) and Mysterio.
But the Tom at the very end, that shit got me hyped and makes me want to see more.

Some villain rating drafts from me:

Green Goblin:
Attack Potency: Building level (Almost equal to Spider-Man, nearly beating him in two of their battles and briefly subduing him with a stab during No Way Home. Disintegrated 6 people with a specialized Pumpkin Bomb)

Speed: Massively Hypersonic+ combat speed and reactions (Kept up with the Spider-Man from his universe in all of their battles. Managed to avoid and land a few attacks on a serious alternate Spider-Man, albeit being overwhelmed ultimately)

Durability: Building level (Enhanced by the same formula that granted his son to survive a Pumpkin Bomb explosion up close)

Doctor Octopus:
Attack Potency: At least Building level (Dominated the Iron Spider when fighting against him. Overpowered two Spider-Men at once)

Speed: Massively Hypersonic+ combat speed and reactions (Kept up with the Spider-Man from his universe and the Iron Spider)

Durability: At least Building level (Took hits from the Iron Spider with little trouble. Has gotten right back up after beatdowns from his Spider-Man)

Lizard:
Attack Potency: Building level (Harmed two versions of Spider-Man not from his own universe)

Speed: Massively Hypersonic+ combat speed and reactions (Capable of keeping up with his Spider-Man as well as two two unfamiliar to his world)

Durability: Building level (Endured stomps to the face from an older Spider-Man)

Villains not in NWH, but affected by the tier/description changes:

Venom:
Attack Potency: At least Building level (Stronger than Spider-Man. Killed New Goblin)

Speed: Massively Hypersonic+ combat speed and reactions (Superior to Spider-Man)

Durability: At least Building level (Was left unharmed by Spider-Man's attacks, going as far as to state Peter was incapable of killing him. Easily took an attack from Base Sandman. Endured New Goblin knocking him several feet away with his Glider)

New Goblin:
Attack Potency: Building level (Harmed Spider-Man), Large Building level with special weaponry (Glassed Giant Sandman's arm using his Glider)

Speed: Massively Hypersonic+ combat speed and reactions (Landed multiple attacks on Spider-Man despite the experience gap)

Durability: Building level (Tanked his own Pumpkin Bomb exploding in his face, only ending up with facial scars)

Green Goblin (TASM):
Attack Potency: Building level (Briefly restrained Spider-Man)

Speed: Massively Hypersonic+ combat speed and reactions (Can keep up with Spider-Man)

Durability: Building level (Took hits from Spider-Man)

I'm glad they made MCU Spiderman more like the real Spideman. Poor and with a lot of problems. Now that he looks like more Spiderman, he needs someone to be his pair again, maybe Gwen. That's where Venom comes in, Venom is meant to **** with Peter's life, and currently he has none. He needs a life, a job, a girlfriend and then Venom comes and takes this from him.

At least, that's how I see it.

Since no one's gonna mention it, anyone have any theories as to where they'll go with the piece of Sony Venom that remained in the MCU main reality? All we can say for certain is that we're definitely gonna see a Black Suit Spider-Man, maybe even a complete use of the Symbiote. Spider-Venom, perhaps?
I was kinda disappointed ngl, the symbiote stays, but not Eddie Brock ? I understand why, but they could make them stay somehow

If they use MCU's Brock, at least I hope it's Tom Hardy, it would give the Venom movies more lore and importance

Also yeah, I think Gwen could be a good pair for Peter now, however they didn’t 100% nuked his chances with MJ going by the ending

The black ooze left behind isn't the full Venom symbiote, otherwise it would be way larger. It's only a piece of it.

Some villain rating drafts from me:

Green Goblin:
Attack Potency: Building level (Almost equal to Spider-Man, nearly beating him in two of their battles and briefly subduing him with a stab during No Way Home. Vaporized 6 people with a specialized Pumpkin Bomb)

Durability: At least Building level (Took hits from the Iron Spider with little trouble. Has gotten right back up after beatdowns from his Spider-Man)

Lizard:

Nuevo duende asesinado )

Velocidad: enormemente hipersónico + velocidad de combate y reacciones (superior a Spider-Man)

I like how you organize it, but wouldn't it be a better idea to draft each character one by one, maybe starting with the MCU's spiderman?

Attack Potency: Building level (Almost equal to Spider-Man, nearly beating him in two of their battles and briefly subduing him with a stab during No Way Home. Vaporized 6 people with a specialized Pumpkin Bomb)
Actually, we could probably flesh that out a bit. Maybe something like this?

Attack Potency: Building level (Almost equal to Spider-Man who could tank his Pumpkin Bombs point-blank, capable of trading blows and nearly beating him on two separate occasions, as well as briefly subduing him with a stab during No Way Home), Varies, up to Large Building level with weaponry (Carbonized 6 people with a specialized Pumpkin Bomb and another bomb could later vaporize Eddie Brock and the Symbiote. His missiles could blow up bunker and create a large explosion).

Something like that? As well as an addition of something like "Could overwhelm Spider-Man (Tom) in their initial fight, soundly defeating him, before being defeated in their second fight" and "Could slice through one of Otto's tentacles" for his weaponry. Plus whatever else notable happened in NWH as well as any future calcs, like his suplex might be worth noting? (Obviously we can't add clips atm).

Give or take, obviously we can change some wording, and I'm not sure if we accept High 8-C Gob tech, though it ain't like anyone scales to it unfortunately.

Duh, nobody ever actually survives attacks from those.
Hum, Doctor Strange taking an explosion directly to the face without having the time to realize Goblin put a bomb in the box he was literally holding in his hands and didn't use Magic to protect himself would beg to differ
