So somebody just claimed that the Presence is the Overvoid, they are one because of this from the interview

He never mentioned The Presence. He simply stated that the Overvoid is the supreme God of DC Comics. The Presence has also displayed several limitations over the years, including being created by the imagination of humanity, so it makes much better sense to simply interpret him as an aspect of the Overvoid, but not the entity in its entirety.
 
In addition, we tend to take interviews as less important than official policy for a franchise, that has been defined by the stories themselves.

No problem. I was not the one who wrote that part, but within the latest Lucifer series, it was stated that Elaine Belloc, and other being on her level, could not know what is going on in the minds of other deities.
