Carving a mountain is not 7A is even Less than cutting it in half probably 7C if he directly Carves to the center or all the way down via Rasengan, afterall Rasengan is only Targeting a small area of a mountain and just carve straight down someone should do a calculation on that
 
Shinra tensei litearlly destroyed all of Konoha whiis is around city size and more with that giant ass crater. Also i believe city level for the Shinra tensei was a low ball i cant remember correctly
 
Shouldn't Minato scale too he was about casually kill A in the war and also cut Gyuki's tail in half and he also has SM. It's also not stupid to think that base Minato would be superior to pain arc SM Naruto considering that A once battled Gyuki and manged to cut off one of it's horns and Minato was said to have batted A and Bee many times always ending in stalemate
 
Lol hey everyone. SM Naruto (vs Pain) & SM Jiraiya should scale since even though imperfect, Pain said of SM Jiraiya had came prepared and knew everything about him then he would had lost
 
Can't scale Jiraiya to Pain's strongest Shinra Tensei when a weaker one countered a Rasenshuriken, which is stronger than any offensive technique Jiraiya has.

But Pain said that if SM Jiraiya had intel he would had won & Jiraiya was doing good holding up (until they all came)
 
es, they were stronger, but hiruezn was stated to be the strongest, which is mypoint. Statements were wrong already
 
yes, but he was stated to be the strongest hokage, wich is untrue, ergo, statemenst are not always true

Yeah the strongest ALIVE but either that compared to all the other homages he's like the weakest except when he's in his Prime

Feats already show us that Pain countered something stronger than anything in Jiraiya's arsenal. Jiraiya does not need to scale to Island level as Pain is a glass canon.
