Madara is a fodder to Kaguya. Madaras Limbo clones struggled against Narutos 4 shadow clones. Meanwhile Kaguya was casualy destroying thousands of them.

A lot of people see that shinobi get amps after absorbing chakra so they asume that chakra levels = AP. But absorbed chakra only temporarily boosts your stats until its depleted, its not a permanent AP boost nor does it increase your total chakra pool. Its just a temporary amp. Like Kakashi geting six paths chakra from Obito for example.
