I'm gonna be that guy and vote for Shulk, I don't see how Ness is going to react to Shulk's precognition (Considering he knows when the attack is going to happen and how damage will it cause).
Yeah, Ness has a better moveset and Shulk can't evade PSI , but Shulk can simply just not let him attack at all.

Also, if Ness dies once, he losses, that is how "resurrection" works here.
Ness is omnipresent and omniscient, he knows exactly where Shulk will dodge and how.

Shulk can't just not let him attack. Ness needs a simple thought to use his PSI.

And no, that's not how resurrection works here. If that where the case, regen and immortality would be disabled as well.

Nigh-Omniscient, not Omniscient. Speed is equalized, so neither one of them can technically dodge if both of them are Omnipresent; But Shulk can still shield himself.

Immortality is usually disabled by default if it's Type 4 or 8. And Resurrection is usually disabled on case by case scenarios. If it takes a while for Low-godly regen, Immortality Type 3, or Resurrection to take effect, then the first death counts as a victory.

That's not how speed equalization works. But even if it did, Ness can too.

Ness' resurrection doesn't take very long. He dies, his soul is transferred back into his human body, and he teleports back to the fight. Five minutes, tops.

Eh, fights by default are to the first death... how do you think many chars beat 682 without being 1-B (The Brother would make him respawn if you don't kill him)? Because in a vs match, by default he can't respawn.

So, Ness cant respawn either.

Immortalities and Regenerationn are only invalid if the OP states that they can't be used, otherwise, they do apply.

Fights by default are ended only if the someone is able to completly kill the opponent in a way that they are completly unable to come back and fight, or knock them out in a state we're they are unable to do anything for a maximum of 24 hrs.

Well, it can either go if there are 7 inconclusive votes, or if one character has at least 7 votes while the difference between the winning character and the losing character's votes are less than three. For example, if in the end, if one has 7 and the other has 5, it will be inconclusive.

6 for Ness and 5 for Shulk I think. Add Noxity and CaptainFinnigan for Ness and Numbersguy for Shulk

Ness: 7 (Noahkaismith, GreyFang82, Chrisras, Starryknight200, Noxity, CaptainFinnigan, and ShadowGamerOmega.)

Shulk: 5 (Zackaryzac, Kyle Ramos, DarkDragonMedeus, Chartate101, and Numbersguy)

also bump

Just top sumarise Ness's best options:

-PK Love: an attack that hits everything with a low chance to miss based on Ness's concentration

-PK Flash: lowers all present enemie's aims, makes them become numb, confuses them and has a chance to insta-kill

-Shield Beta: this level of shields reflects attacks back based on the damage taken

-PK Life Up Delta: This level fully heals the target wich can be the user himself

-PK Healing: can Cure all debuffs, even death, and recover the target at max health, the revival thing is useless since Ness obviously couldn't use it while dead

-Teleport: the user runs at insane speeds and teleports to anywhere he has been

Also, ingame when taking fatal damage Ness will loose health at a set speed, during wich he can still move and attack as normal until his HP finally hits 0, if it applies ot this battle, even if Shulk kills him in one hit Ness could use that time to heal to full health

Ness: 7 (Noahkaismith, GreyFang82, Chrisras, Starryknight200, Noxity, CaptainFinnigan, ShadowGamerOmega and Iapitus The Impaler.)

Shulk: 5 (Zackaryzac, Kyle Ramos, DarkDragonMedeus, Chartate101, and Numbersguy)

Oh shoot, I've forgot I made this thread.

But yeah, it should be closed as inconclusive.
