(MCU) There is no explanation why Captain Carter is stronger than Captain America.

Captain Carter's profile says that she should be comparable, if not stronger, than Captain America in AP and LS. But it is not explained why.

Attack Potency: Building level+ (Was injected with the same version of the Serum as Captain America in the main timeline, therefore should be as strong as, if not stronger than him)

Lifting Strength: Class 100 (Should be as strong, if not stronger than, Captain America)

The only argument for this is that they have the same serum, but that makes them comparable at best.

It is possible that there are some reasons why we consider her stronger, but in any case, they are not described among the reasons why she is stronger.

This means that you either need to write that they are simply comparable, or add better arguments in favor of the fact that it is stronger.

By logic, Carter (Pre serum) is physically superior to Steve (Pre serum) since both went by the same process it's easy to assume Carter will keep being stronger

It shouldn't work like that, otherwise it would mean that absolutely every Super Soldier on the planet would be stronger than Captain America, which would include US Agent. Because before the Serum, Steve was weaker than a 12 year old boy. It was assumed that Steve was chosen as the serum's carrier because of his personality, because his original physical characteristics didn't matter.
