Outside of the VS battle wiki scaling, Bleach lightspeed cero meta is a pretty big thing, and that scales fodder Sub Shini arc Ichigo and exhausted, literally Reiatsu drained and/or off guard lieutenants to anything from relativistic to FTL in the early arcs
There's alot of evidence supporting lightspeed/FTL Bleach scaling metas between the actual manga, guides, and canon novels, but if you're arguing with the people using VS Battle wiki standards than Aizen would be slower
The main counter argument outside of not fitting VS Battle wiki standards for light (aka outside of the site) is Gin's Bankai statements

That can be simply explained as Kubo didn't think about the consequences of attacks being made of light which basically means they're outliers. On the other hand Gin's ability being Mach 500 is something Kubo is totally aware since he explicitly wrote its exact speed.

The same thing can be said the other way around can't it?
"Kubo didn't think about the consequences of making a Bankai that moves slower than light right after he showed people dodging attacks made of light since he specifically stated their composition, it was something he was aware of because he wrote it inside his data booklet"
Edit: Also, characters have been consistently dodging ceros and other light constructs since the start of the series, if anything Gin's Bankai is an outlier since it was shown way less.

Kubo never states all of those light based abilities are lightspeed and since they can become faster it also means they can become slower too so you can't argue their lightspeed.

They are stated to be made of light and Negacion outtight calls it a beam of light. Saying light doesn't move at the speed of light seems incorrect. The databook uses the word light 3 times.

Being made of light=/= lightspeed.
Ceros can become faster so saying light can move faster than light seems incorrect.
Fortunately we have a much more concrete speed feat in the form of Gin's statement.

Ok, that is a fair argument. Except Gin is the worst source for his own ability. All his dialogs about his Bankai were lies in one way or another. He is literally the worst source.
As for your previous statements, saying a Ray of light doesn't move at lightspeed is incorrect. I grant you the Cero, but Negacion is(in the Databooklet) stated to be a "Ray of light"
