    Ok, from what I've seen on Arale's profile, she needs to hit Monika to BFR her to a different page (which wouldn't matter anyway because she can TP back... or she'd just be killed due to being just a regular human in durability which would mean she enters into her nonexistent state which Arale can do nothing to affect)
    I can't use new upgrades so I wont discuss how they would affect the fight. But ignoring that, Arale's BFR is tied to here 4th Wall Breaking meaning she can BFR characters across a 2-B range. Monika cant cover that kind of range with teleportation as she is only Low 2-C with powers and Monika doesn't enter NEP when she dies. She enters NEP when her file is erased (basically after some for of abstract erasure). Saying she will go NEP after conventional beat to death when she has only been shown to go NEP after being erased on an abstract level is a stretch don't you think


    Monika has her own clairvoyance which lets her see the past, present and future of the game, so she'd also know what Arale would do.
    Once again, Monika is limited to a Low 2-C range while Arale has a 2-B range. Arale could easily use Dimensional Travel to travel outside the pages of her own narrative and be outside of Monika's rage of perception

    But anyway, Monika starts with nearly instant EE, so she erases Arale before Arale reaches her
    Arale would know this due to her own precog and just outrange it be travelling outside the 4th wall which is Arale going outside of a 2-B range which Monika cant reach plus even then.... Arale has Immortal 8 to revive her upon being erased and then be restored somewhere outside of Monika's range of effect.
