how is enel MHS+

so enel is faster than guys like rayleigh, garp, whitebeard, akainu, aokiji, doflamingo, gear 4 luffy, fujitora, etc.

and when luffy fought enel, he was only hypersonic, how does hypersonic character even hope to hit a MHS+ character.

i seriously think it makes no sense for enel to be faster than top tier one piece characters like the ones i mentioned above.

That is his speed only when he turns into lightning just like Kizaru has speed of light when he turns into light

because enel is one arrogant villain who does not take luffy seriously like many before him

Crocodile got 'blitzed' by luffy pre war and he then kept up with g2 luffy post war.


blame either author induced stupidity or pis, it can be both.

That said, we should consider revising his speed.

Edit: Uhh that is only travel speed? That doesnt apply in fights in general.

I am fine with his speed.

Enel is MHS+ while travelling, he is much much much slower in fights.

Not only that, Eneru also has precog in the form of Mantra which makes him practically untouchable by Luffy. But yeah, what KinkiestSins said. I think you can classify that as PIS in your case. The last scene Eneru got hit because he challenges Luffy into a showdown believing he can take Luffy's punches but lost in the end.

Enel is only MHS+ in his Logia Form, he isn't always that fast.

Although i do think that Skypiea Luffy is much faster than Hypersonic, as he was able to intercept a lightning bolt with a kick and as other characters were able to react and dodge lightning bolts.

Even Nami was able to react a lightning bolt (which would give her MHS reaction time), and is not like it was just mere inconsistency, since Kalifa was able to perform a similar feat right in the next Arc.

Pretty sure that for actually react/dodge/intercept lightning speed attacks, you will need to be way faster than just merely Hypersonic (not to say that they must for sure be as fast as lightning, but they need to be much more than just Hypersonic).

And personally, i doubt that all the lightning bolts dodging/reaction feats were only Hypersonic:
