Yeah. Some good news is that some other revisions that I had to focus on first looking like they're in the process of being wrapped up, so I'll see if I can get this finished up soon.

Because their Rokushiki scaling is still pretty much untouched.

Because the OP hasn't been updated since all of the discussion we've had since then...

The decision was made to scale Kalifa's Shigan to the Golden Rifle, so the OP is outdated.

Also, IIRC it was Hybrid Jabra that attacked Usopp multiple times, not his base.

How about, since Lucci now only scales to 108.57 megatons with Rokushiki via matching a Gum Gum Bazooka, Base Luffy and Lucci scale to 1/2 of his Rokushiki value in their bases (aka, 54.78 megatons), since Base Luffy is 1/2 of his Gum Gum Bazooka?

And I'm sorry, but a new scaling chain would be very helpful for understanding this, especially since it will likely affect a CRT I'm planning to make after this concludes.

It's coming from the Doriki scaling between base Kalifa and base Lucci.
