Saitama wins,since he is able to actually still fight even after throwing an atmosphere busting punch while gid needs to revert back into his child form after a planet buster attack.his overall feats are much more better and he has more stamina

Okay i think Gid is more versatile, so Gid might win i think.

ok while we do not know the full extent of saitamas powers, we dont know gids either. although it is shown that in the manga where gid fought nemesis he was clearly holding back. firing a beam as powerful as the final flash, electrocuting himself, ect. it was clear that just like saitama, it was nothing to gid. but due to this demonstration its possible gid is nigh omnipotence. judging from the looks of this if he used full power then it might be enough make him a multiversal threat. but that remains a mystery but yeah in this case speed would mean nothing to gid and gid would win. but i will say that it will be a fierce battle thats for sure.
