As for stats... meh, Jozu < Marco, right? Marco could only damage and sent Queen flying against Base Queen, he had to resort to dura neg against Zoan Queen or grabbing Zoan Queen twice, so Jozu will have a hard time dealing damage to Zoan/Hybrid Queen.

In order to melt diamond, a minimum of 4500º C is needed. Queen's heat with lasers scale above that.

Queen's lasers scale to Kizaru's who could burn characters who are unaffected by Enel's lightning heat, which is 28000º C

It should be noted that while sending a "shower of beams," he can also use his other abilities at the same time due to him having 4 usable limbs (tail, hair, 2 arms) and over projectiles situated on other sides of his body (brachio launchers on his torso, laser beams and gattling gun from his mouth, lasers from his eyes)
