The whole point is that the lasers reflect off certain surfaces.
Jozu is a diamond which can reflect said lasers, thus Queen's lasers wouldn't hurt him and would simply bounce off of him.
Don't know why you're talking about Kizaru moving but I'll just ignore it.

Because you're claiming that Lasers = Yata Mirror = Can reflect off thigns, which is not true, as we see that Yata Mirror and his lasers are two different things.
Show Kizaru, or anybody else's lasers reflecting off a mirror or any substance, and then I'll concede. Until then, this point is idiotic.

Jozu may be able to reflect the light, but the energy and heat still remains, which would burn through him.

The Absorption Coefficient of Diamond is not high enough to not be effected by the heat of Queen's lasers.
