Really it doesn't change things much. Ray's speed isn't so far from Yamato that future sight can't react.

I still think Yamato wins (my vote was already counted), but to better explain why:
Her advantages:
Rayleigh's advantages:
He can possibly squeeze a win with dura neg, but more often than not Yamato will outspeed him then beat him down.
Her advantages:
- Has superior AP with Hao (matched Hybrid Hao Kaido in a clash), Hybrid (matched Kaido for a good while, even dislocating his jaw with one blow), and especially Hybrid + Hao (matched Hybrid + Hao Kaido, who one-shot a Rooftop Luffy who was enduring his normal Hybrid attacks), and even her Base is on a similar level of AP. 1 or 2 Hybrid + Hao hits should be enough to severely wound Rayleigh.
- Speed is minimum equal, and Yamato can amp with Hybrid and Bagua
- Ice gives her better range.
Rayleigh's advantages:
- Dura neg

Voting Rayleigh via better Kenbun, far better Buso and far better experience.
I see Rayleigh landing more hits on Yamato than the opposite, due his good precog, intent sensing and advanced Buso (We actually saw Sentomaru hit Kizaru with this even without any contact so far. Rayleigh logically should know how to use this technique better). Yamato is not a long distance fighter, she is rush-down and in that sense, she would be easily susceptible to being hit by Rayleigh. Rayleigh is so experienced that he has fought opponents hundreds of times more skilled than Kaidou's daughter, even old, managed to hold Kizaru with pure swordsmanship.
Garp compared old Rayleigh to old Whitebeard. Because he's a legend in-verse, even to Garp, who could fight alone against an admiral + a yonko crew in his final days of life.

She never matched Hybrid Hao Kaidou. The Thunder Bagua scene isn't their clubs clashing, its them hitting each other.
Kaidou continuously overpowers Yamato throughout the fight. She did not match him. She even admits she can't guard against him. And she didn't dislocate his jaw. Kaidou didn't even use his hand to pop it back into place, and no evidence that it even dislocated at all.
Lol no she didn't.
The same base form that got low diffed by Kazenbo?
Yamato's speed is only slightly better than Ray's with Hybrid. Rayleigh also has far better Kenbu.

I don't think yamato fully scales to kaido, but even slightly scaling/having better ap amps is enough to put her over rayleigh.
iirc the chapter where their fight starts ends with them clashing using hao?
That's not really an anti feat
I wouldn't say slightly, maybe her hybrid doesn't give her that much of a speed amp but she does have Tb which is a significant speed amp. Also a slight advantage in speed is enough to make a difference especially in cqc.
