No, his argument is very reasonable.
Sending Big Mom flying into the air (without Big Mom being capable of resisting the repulsion) isn't impressive. Pre timeskip Sanji could move a chain that holds an entire island together and overpower Oars with his lifting strength.

First, you admitted it's "most", not all, so you're already aware that there are metals he can't attract, we've seen him attracting Iron and Steel and that's it.
Second, magnetism (and thus ferromagnetism, paramagnetism, etc) in OP is the same as IRL until proven otherwise, so I am not assuming anything here.

Yeah, if Big Mom isn't in position to use her LS to resist the force moving her, you only need Class 10 to move her.
That's why whoever got her from Udon to Onigashima is class 10, not Class T or whatever, for example.

This adds another layer to the fight that isn’t implied by the story. Kidds power isn’t even directly 1 to 1 with irl physics as he can even assign magnetism to non metallic substances like skin and wood with his awakening.
Not to mention the assumption that his metal is magnetic is not at all an equal assumption to it being non magnetic.
We’ve seen so far that any metal Kidd wants to snatch he can. And we’re given no indication that Queens metal or any other combat grade metal in the series for that matter is non magnetic.
It’s not about finding absolute evidence that Queens metal is or isn’t ferromagnetic. One just has a far greater likelihood than the other.
