I explained how.
Jozu can dodge them initially. The issue is his lack of mobility and the fact that the danmaku literally does not stop.
Sanji's only saving grace was the fact that he could literally escape into the air and have more places to run. Jozu does not have that leisure.

How the hell is saying that a Diamond with no heat resistance above normal diamond heat resistance will reflect not only the light BUT THE HEAT OF SOMETHING THAT SCALES FAR ABOVE 28000 DEGREES CELCIUS, WHICH ISN'T EVEN SOMETHING MIRRORS DO, Appeal to Reality?

It can reflect the light, but it can't reflect heat, due to Diamond having a high Coefficient of Absorption

I don't think Kachon is saying that Jozu isn't agile. The fact that Marco a literal bird couldn't dodge said Danmaku (he was flying btw), would likely mean that a guy who's running who has no actual mobility moves will be more likely to get hit

Also, looking at Queen's profile, his regular lasers scale to his normal speed.
It's his Black Coffee and Sparking Queen lasers that scale to SOL. The literal showers of beams that Sanji called a constant barrage is not any of those.
Queen's lasers scale around Jozu's level, so he's not easily dodging danmaku that scales to his value just because he was called more agile than he looks.

This is definitely appealing to reality, but this specific argument doesn't really matter.
How is Jozu's haki scaling compared to the lasers (in terms of heat)? Can Jozu even cover his whole body with Haki

Queen Weaknesses: Queen can become rather surprised easily, though this usually doesn't last long. He has a particular sweet tooth for oshiruko, and will fly into a rage should someone imply they will cut into his own supply of it, causing him to recklessly challenge an Emperor like Big Mom. Very arrogant and overconfident in his own abilities, especially regarding his Zoan and Cyborg powers, and will often underestimate the capabilities of his opponents. His Hybrid Form's mouth is the same as his human form's, and thus lacks his Zoan form's protective scales, something that Sanji exploited by kicking him in the mouth. Can become distracted in the middle of a fight, such as how his desire to punish an Oiran for rejecting his advances cost him his potential victory against Sanji by giving the latter both an opening and another motivation to defeat him.
