Oh, and they say that Kamen Rider is a consistent request, and they think they'll eventually bring in some version of Kamen Rider to the show at some point. Sam looked into Kamen Rider last year and thinks it'll be a huge research undertaking.

Probably they'll use the original Kamen Rider given he's the most recognizable to western audiences outside the Kamen Rider fandom. AFAIK Kamen Rider is more of a cult show in the west as opposed to its mainstream status in Japan.

When Viewtiful Joe (Character) vs GARO (Composite) may actually be interesting but Garo and Viewtiful Joe are obscure even within Asia.

In all seriousness, DB would probably realize how big the difference between the two are and either pick a different Rider or go for another opponent for Viewtiful Joe. Unless the match is incredibly requested, they have tried to avoid unbalanced matchups when the stomp is too extreme a couple of times.

I alwasys thought GARO had its share of popularity in Japan, given it has become a franchise with several series and animes by this point.
