If it happens, it should start with Wiz and Boomstick right after GvS2 saying something like "Thank god we never have to do that again" and then it cuts to 2 weeks later (At least I think it was 2 weeks, it might have been 2 months, I don't entirely remember) and they see the universe punch in the DBS anime and immediately start cursing. Then the episode starts.

If Reverse-Flash had not just fought Goku Black he would have had fought Homura Akemi.

How many notable OP time manipulation users do we have that could even scratch Devil Homura no weaker than Hunter Zolomon (Zoom) could? I am quite confident Kurumi Tokisaki would die to Homura and Homura would not even need to tap into her super form.
 
Not sure if this has been posted yet but Carl Johnson vs Johnny Gat would be an awesome street tier DB. Unsurprisingly they share a bit in common. Obviously no devil or space things for Johnny.
  1. Both are second in command of their respective gangs.
  2. Both have been betrayed by other high ranking members for police/business bribes. (Smoke, Ryder and OG Loc for CJ, Julius, Dex and Troy for Gat.)
  3. Both were at one point temporary "leaders"/were forced to drop their flags. (Gat post SR1 ending, CJ post Sweet arrest.).
  4. Both were at the forefront of clearing their cities of other criminal syndicates.
  5. Both robbed a crime casino. (Caligula's, and that Ronin Casino in SR2.)
  6. Both are good friends with high ranking Chinese Gang members (Wong and Woozie.)
  7. Both became rich and famous through their escapades (CJ through being Mad Dogg's manager. Gat through the Saints Ultor Media group.)
  8. Both have saved friends in the music industry. (Mad Dogg for CJ, Aisha for Gat.)
That isn't to say they're the same, Gat is a memetic killer and CJ is pretty reluctant for a MC from his games genre.

No moving in stopped time is a "supporting" feat for infinite speed on Death Battle but by itself without further context it's just time stop resistance.

Ok and? You literally had a season of stomps last year and they were still appreciated among casuals and some veteran debaters despite that

Kurumi has no better opponent other then homura, others paired with her have other that work better

Also as far as im aware kurumi can beat her except for that tier 2 form and thats about it
