Watch that "planetary storm" gets debunked to country level. And Storm still wins over Korra. Since that is still way above the island pulling feat by Kyoshi which Avatar State / Raava imbused Korra scale from.
But realistically if a continent wide storm is calculated to be continent level in Gray vs Esdeath, it would be weird to consider a planet wide storm anywhere below multi continent level.
In about 12 hours RT First Members will be watching how Korra gets mutilated by Storm, marking one of the most boring fights we will ever see.

What about you tell us what type of popular matchups are not stomps?
Our one-shotting criteria is just a mere 7.5 x AP and durability gap.
Wait that means Blake Belladonna vs Mikasa Ackerman under their system "can go either way" as both have a way of defeating their opponents. Same as "theoretically" Korra vs Storm as Korra can theoretically oneshot Storm since Storm is theoretically small building level only. Oh a full force Sailor Galaxia is barely defeated by a totally casual Beerus.
Which... I do not know how to say anymore.

Actually, iirc Akuma never actually lost in SF canonically. Afaik he only lost to Ryu in that non canon manga, but that's it.
Furthermore, no one have beaten Oni or Shin Akuma.
In other words you can pretty much say Akuma is strongest in series, who never lost in canon.

VS wiki says Gouken is only comparable to Akuma plus Akuma "killed" Gouken.
If by first meant like, when Akuma technically didn't became what he is then I don't really know. But still no one have canonically defeated Shin Akuma or Oni.

Iirc Oro fought Akuma but we don't know if he defeated Akuma or not. Mostly with Akuma losing in SF case at most debatable since you can't exactly see him actually losing to someone, only like theoretically at most.
But even then we have Shin Akuma and Oni who are same Akuma but on devil's protein.
