Realistically, is Bowser actually protected by time travel shenanigans? No, him being able to time travel doesnt protect him if someone kills him in past. I dont think there is proof of that. So even Bowser has "wish anything" powers, it depends on who uses their hax first.
Also on Kratos lore, its dumb to hate him because 99% of universal and beyond have never actually destroyed an universe lmao

Dreamy Bowser could be overpowered
Star Rod is more dangerous. He needs to use the Ruby to null his invulnerability, but that thing is layered. Honestly the Star Rod is actually the best Bowser item in this fight and Eggman's main counter outside of Otherworldification is item stealing (ugh).

Thinking about it, doesnt canon material reference Shadow being immune to diseases? It matters to like base Bowser only I guess, but if it can bypass immunity, couldnt Metal Virus bypass base Bowser's normal resist/immunity then as well? Bar debate about layered immunities.

Alright, found some more info, it’s an official death may die tie in so whatever Cthulhu is in that would be applicable. Godzilla was already wounding him physically before he blasted him so he would scale no matter what.

Honestly this waiting period made me see the Death Battle community differently. I thought they would be like the researchers thinking that Bowser stomps, but no. They surprised me with all the Eggman support since then. Now most think the fight is 50/50.

In fairness: the opinions of one researcher=/=the collective opinion of the entire DB research team. And even though Ultraguy is doing research for this episode most likely, there's also other people involved as well so I wouldn't be that cynical about things.
This is the same guy who use to not buy Archie Sonic's cosmic high ends, then years later said that Archie's cosmology is better than DBH's cosmology. I'm sure things will be reasonable.

This has probably been one of my favorite Death Battle waiting periods. The community has gotten so caught up in the debate, but in a good way. It's all been very refreshing and I think, granted the explanation is executed well, the winner will be well received either way. Please don't **** up the reasoning.
