DEATH BATTLE! Discussion Thread (2024–2025) (All-time Death Battle Spoilers Alert)

I heard that Kratos was the most broken in the game, like the Meta Knight for Brawl.
Not quite. For 1v1s, Kat was the Queen. The Meta revolved around ToDs and she was undisputed best at those. Kratos' only flaw was that he had bad Lv1 ToDs. Ironically he had shitton of Lv2 ToDs. So he was probably 2nd best in 1v1s. Since the game had gimmick of Supers killing only, Super ToDs mattered. Otherwise Kratos had probably best moveset tho, fast, long range, combos and good damage. Hell, in 2v2 & FFA metas Id say Kratos was king.

If they're using crossover scaling to justify a Omni Man W, one could do the same thing and use Heroes/Xenoverse scaling to give Bardock the W. Especially when Xeno/Xenoverse Bardock is basically just Toei Bardock if he never died, so it's fair game

Guess its time for Omni-Man vs Bardock recap.

Bardock should prolly win. Nolan's bigger feats are sus. Bardock still get even more wacky stuff if they technicality that he survived Frieza's Supernova and got a Zenkai from that before SSJ boosts. Hell, he beat Gas who was just stronger than him, he can tough it out. And Nolan is likely weaker.

Nolan is faster, but he has no good moves other than melee, so he risks himself getting close to someone stronger than him. And its not just Invincible, even DBS showed in Moro Arc that stronger characters can break weaker ones arms if they punch them. His healing factor is too limited as well to survive fatal blows.

Bardock can do Ki Explosion if he grabs him. Hell, suicide moves are ok so he could blast the planet as well. Realistically Nolan needs to build up his speed as well, so its not instant guaranteed win for him.

supreme scaling is dumb given supreme power level alters depending on who he fights so there nothing to justify him scaling to a peak Supreme let alone no feats in Invincible justify any universal shit

Nolan, Mark, and that other dude had to extreme-diff Viltrum after it had already been hit by Space Racer's gun, right? Invincible is a little foggy to me.
