Hancock's beauty is essentially a supernatural power, like Luffy's luck.

Boa's ability works as broadly as "I perceive this person is attractive", so unless Medusa is completely asexual or in a state where general sexuality is uninteresting to her she'd still be effect. (I don't know anything about medusa so I can't say)
I believe that's was with her secondary petrifying attack which can ignore the attraction problem.

Servants have 4D Invulnerability (which includes supernatural abilities, not just physical attacks) and 4D resistance to Petrification (and a billion other hax), so Boa needs a way to get around that.

Truthfully, I didn't realize it was Fate Medusa they pitted Boa against. I glossed over that & for some reason thought which Medusa it was was unspecified.
Despite that just our Wiki alone has at least 14 Medusa profiles.

I think one of my biggest problems with overly obsessed powerscaling bros is that they're so obsessed with tiering that they forget the authors never intended them to be this level. And that the authors don't really care about tiering or powerscaling at all, and don't even understand the hobby.
