From what we have seen... Kizaru stands no chance... Even if he has very good observation haki...

Kizaru has a speed advantage, a mobility advantage, a size advantage, a technique advantage, and danmaku. Then danmaku dura negation lasers.

All Linlin has is an AP advantage and she has flight.

She hasn't shown stronger armament, at all.
In fact, Kizaru has shown much more range with his Busoshoku.

Conqueror's Haki won't do much to him either. Heck, she won't even make contact.

Lightning ≠ Light. Luffy is borderline immune to lightning, still gets chopped up by light.

Her heat resistance scales to the temperature of lightning.
Kizaru's lasers can hit Luffy which has the highest resistance to lightning and heat in the entire series.

Luffy doesn't have resistance to piercing power as well as the speed the beam is going with that piercing power...
