Big Mom not using Hao often doesn't particularly matter. We know she's willing to use it against characters who also have Hao infusion (Kaido), so she'd more than likely do so against Yamato.

Yes, because Big Mom matched Kaido's power and speed during a genuine combined attack.
What X-Drake and Luffy did was obviously not the same thing as what Big Mom and Kaido did while performing Hakai lol
