I think personally Danganronpa is better than WWE. WWE has a better peak but Danganronpa's floor is a second story building. WWE's is the core of the earth.

When WWE was at it's worst (2018, mid 1990s) is was unbearable at times, where Danganronpa basically stayed great throughout it's whole gameplay (though I did hear there was one Dangan games that people didn't like).

I'm...mixed on the ending.

The characters being self aware of how the game works kind of removes the suspense/drama of the game.

It also removes the impact of the characters' deaths, and some of them are very brutal.
