Asta can't null all magic like he didn't able to null fana fire magic heat, while natsu flame temp increase based on his emotions, His dragon sense will make it difficult for asta to land a hit(same can be say in favor for asta because of his ki sensing), but natsu can go physical, he already fight ppl who can null magic.

Natsu's effort is pointless, sadly.

The only way I see Natsu winning this is in CQC as he has both AP and minor stamina advantage but he loses in versatility since, Asta has precog and range (with swords).

Against ladros, he null his long range attack with his sword, which he usually does. He need to physically attack someone to null their non-range magic.
