Best gap he closed was <<<4 via prolonged fight against Katakuri while Katakuri held back and even injured himself to make things fair for Luffy. Here it's going to take less than a minute between wincons presented.
Is there any showing of him doing that against an opponent <<<5.5x stronger than him? Be cause if yes then i concede as this is a stomp.

Ok haki already has resistance to bladed attacks
Cracker sword has superior haki to gear 4 boundman
Gear 4 tankman has superior haki to cracker sword which then makes cutting attack act like blunt attacks
This happens when luffy combines devil fruit = haki... Which is why haki is the most important thing to have kinda otherwise devil fruits are basically useless

Well his basic G5 hits went from only slightly hurting Lucci and knocking him away to knocking him out cold for about a minute, with blood flying out of his mouth.

Just so things don't get derailed here.
The wincons are Mob thinking wich restrains Luffy, making him unable to escape and then using cutting while he's restrained and unable to dodge.
Conqueror's Haki won't break him out of it and he's done for once it happens.
The wincon for Luffy is thinking to amp and then moving out of the way in the exact same timeframe as Mob thinks, so he can dodge TK that spawns directly on him. If he can pull this off Mob can no longer tag him and he gets dura negged to death.
If someone can prove Luffy can find a way to break out of Mob's restraint after he does it or tank cutting attacks <<<5.5x his dura without the possibility of death then he stomps with certainty as one of the 2 prerequisites for Mob's wincon has been debunked

If he can't kill Luffy the only thing he can do is hold him in the air and chat with him until Luffy's passive empowerment lets him escape.Wtf...

Also I think gear 5 even without haki would make cutting attacks act like blunt attacks right? Idk that what I thought once I saw luffy stretch from kaido spiked club without haki and they way he was reforming his body with the attacks
