Not really, we don't scale in-verse one-shots to other verses, as they tend to work on different basis and not our raw numbers.
It's even written in our vs rules, I believe.

You can consider it a good upscaling, but the base numbers need exceed our AP stomp multiplier in order to enact a oneshot.

You have comparable Pokémons one shotting themselves yet we don’t let them one shot their opponents on site cuz it doesn’t make sense.

What most people do is make upscale chains give an idea how unquantifiably higher the character is compared to AP value as you’re aware of already.

well Luffy while weaker at the start, he can grow stronger during battles, thanks both for laughing, and his 2 RPLs

some of the energy blasts can be dodged thanks to Haki and Future sight

but yeah this will need the big players to argue with Luffy

Mob is specially good at using TK and can apply his it for cutting ( on top of AOE crush, concussive blasts, ripping apart, directly focusing it on eyeballs and inner ear, restraining all joints on a human body, ragdolling, etc. ) he can also apply it with a thought and without even looking at what he's using it on.

I think people are forgetting that an explosion is essentially just a blast of brunt force, heat, amongst other things, all of which Luffy basically has resistance to.




Luffy's blunt force resistance has allowed him to survive hits from a High 6-A as a 9-C. Mob isn't one shotting Luffy without the usage of cutting attacks.



City level AoE shouldn't be a problem considering Luffy still retains the ability to use his prior speed amps on top of G5. "All abilities from before." topped with future sight that shouldn't be an issue for Luffy to deal with.

One can argue Mob wouldn't be able to keep track of Luffy tbh. Several thought based speed amps that he can use, but ig it depends on the exact attack Mob opens up with.

Mob is currently undergoing a CRT to downgrade it to Class T and i plan on doing another CRT that might give him a big weakness in this form. ( but have to wait 48 hours to apply my current one )

Ok, the OP didn't clarify that. Maybe it should be changed to 100% Courage Mob to make the AP gap less noticeable. Also consider that ???% Mob just passively absorbs energy, meaning the AP gap would only further widen until Luffy could do nothing against Mob.

I would be fine with that since 100% is way more fair in terms of AP and behaviour in this tourney. (100% would have gotten stomped against Lucifero, LS downgrade or not, however.)
